Children need adult supervision on regular and private trips. Infants may join but are not recommended; a private boat is preferred for families with young children. Child fares and minimum-age bands still need confirmation. Share ages so the team can check suitability; Bali partner rules must be checked separately.

Regular trip only: Jungutbatu pickup is free at around 7:40 am Bali time. Lembongan village, Mushroom, Dream Beach, Sunset Beach pickup costs IDR 50,000 per person for the one-way pickup only; be ready at hotel reception at 7:30 am. Without pickup, arrive at Pisang Pisang Restaurant before 7:45 am. Ceningan pickup can only be arranged at the start of the Yellow Bridge on the Nusa Lembongan side; pickup is around 7:30 am and costs IDR 50,000 per person for one-way pickup. All pickup times are estimates and will be confirmed after booking. Return transport is not promised by the pickup charge.

Booking conditions

For the regular trip, request your place by 1:00 pm Bali time on the day before departure. Private boats require at least 2 days’ notice and captain availability. Bali day trips also require at least 2 days’ notice.
For the regular trip, full upfront payment is required by Credit card, DOKU, PayPal, Cash. Reservations are first come, first served. Only PayPal carries a 10% surcharge; card, DOKU and cash have no surcharge. Pay at Pisang Pisang Restaurant the day before the trip; staff confirm the booking directly. The usual booking cutoff still applies. Obtain payment instructions from the team and wait for written booking confirmation.

Bali day trips require full payment; bank transfer carries a 2% fee, PayPal is the USD equivalent of the IDR fare plus 10%, with the final exchange rate and USD quote confirmed before payment. Private boat bookings require a 50% deposit. The balance is due at the start of the trip. Pay at Pisang Pisang Restaurant or by bank transfer using instructions from reservations. Do not pay the balance directly to Mr Bali. Reservations will provide payment instructions and written confirmation. Regular trips require full upfront payment by Credit card, DOKU, PayPal, Cash.
