Enquiries through this website

This website does not send enquiry or booking form data to a server. Your trip, guest and accommodation details stay on the page while you prepare an enquiry. Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared message with WhatsApp; you choose whether to send it to reservations there. Details are not saved in browser storage by this site. Analytics is not connected. A later launch update can enable optional Google Analytics, with a visitor choice before it loads.

Reservations and trip partners

WhatsApp enquiries are handled by Isla Indah Reservations. Your WhatsApp contact is also shared with the captain and transport companies involved in arranging your trip. Ask reservations to put you in touch with the captain about correction or deletion requests.

WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy ↗. We have not yet confirmed staff devices, backups, other booking-record storage or retention periods, so we do not claim that all records are stored only on WhatsApp servers.

Guest footage

Regular-trip footage is shared through a guide-provided download link the following day. Permission to record or publish identifiable guests, arrangements for children, opting out, and deletion or link-expiry periods still need confirmation. Ownership of supplied website photographs does not establish consent for future guest recordings.

Review images

Reviewer avatars on the homepage and Reviews page load from Google and Tripadvisor. Those providers receive a request from your browser when an image loads. We do not send your enquiry details with these requests.

Privacy notice updates

A complete privacy notice must identify the business, contact address, booking and payment providers, analytics use, data retention and guest rights. Add the final policy when those services are selected.
